Lead Insulation Installer

Earn $20-$25 / hour DOE with the ability to earn commission as a Lead Insulation Installer at Parker and Sons!

Immediately hiring experienced Insulation Installers!

In exchange for your experience and professionalism, we will provide you with:

• $20-$25 / hour DOE with the ability to earn commissions

Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

• 1-year experience as a lead installing insulation, insulation extraction and air sealing
  • Must possess knowledge of the materials being installed
  • Must be able to converse with homeowners in a positive manner
  • Must be able to have the knowledge to perform jobs in unideal situations – “roof pitch.”
  • Must possess the ability to train Insulation Apprentices
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test

Physical Demands

• Must be able to work in extreme hot conditions for several hours throughout the day - in attics or working in an insulation truck.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time - loading hopper, utilizing the vacuum to extract, navigating the hose for blown-in insulation and bending over to seal air penetrations.
