General Carpenter/Finish Drywall
Earn $18-$30 per hour as an HVAC Service Technician at Parker & Sons!
Immediately hiring experienced general carpenter to hang, tape, mud, drywall, and paint!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Trim rough edges from wallboard
- Fit and fasten wallboard or sheetrock into specified position
- Measure and mark cutting lines on framing, drywall, and trim
- Install blanket insulation between studs and tacks plastic moisture barrier over insulation
- Remove plaster, drywall, or paneling
- Assemble and install metal framing and decorative trim for windows, doorways, and vents
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with general drywall and carpentry experience
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring job is done correctly the first time
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds; be able to push, pull and maneuver heavier items, (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, attics and small crawl spaces – often in excessive heat
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Well-groomed and neat appearance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
