Customer Care Representative
Earn $20-$30 per hour, includes monthly commissions & bonuses, as a Customer Care Representative at Parker & Sons!
In exchange for your experience and professionalism, we will provide you with:

Schedule:
Monday through Friday- This job is performed at our Tempe Arizona Location. Once trained and performing at a high level a hybrid remote/office schedule may be available
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service- Inbound and Outbound Call Taking (100-150 calls/day)
- Outbound dialing between down time (for Recurring Services)
- Take payments, process refunds and update billing information
- Postcard mailers
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with Account/Invoice related questions
- Pursue growth and learning
- General admin
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year high level of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
