Hi, my name is Holly Miller and I’m the Vice President of Insulation here at Parker & Sons. I’ve been with Parker & Sons for 25 years and more recently I was the VP of Operations until last February when we started our Insulation division. Thank you for your interest in joining our team. Lead Insulation Installer

Want to work for the best with the best? Join Parker and Sons as a lead insulation installer in Phoenix and Tucson where you will help customers with their insulation needs by installing blown in attic Insulation, performing air sealing, and removing old insulation where appropriate. We promise this will be a great opportunity for you!

Insulation Install Apprentice

Join Parker and Sons as an apprentice insulation installer. As an apprentice you will become a skilled insulation installer as you assist and learn the trade from a lead installer. You will learn the different materials used, appropriate procedure and methods, and details of why a home needs insulation and how to best insulate each home to ensure comfort and money saving for each customer.
