Inside Sales Representative
Earn $25-$30 per hour, including monthly commissions & bonuses, as an Inside Sales Representative at Parker & Sons!
Pay/Benefits:

Schedule:
Monday through Friday (subject to change) – Flexible Shifts
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule services
- Respond to and book jobs requested through online lead sources
- Schedule appointments from inbound calls for customers, technicians, and in-field appointment generators
- Customer Service
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must have attention to detail
- Must be able to handle and resolve customer issues and concerns
- 1+ year of call center and telemarketing background preferred
- Strong communication skills and high energy/enthusiasm a MUST!
- Previous service industry experience or bilingual a plus!
- Dependable and reliable
- Have basic Microsoft skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
