    I started working at Parker and Sons in 2006 as an apprentice, while attending AAI’s HVAC program. Soon after graduation from AAI I became a lead installer. My girlfriend and I are two veterans originally from New Jersey and came to Arizona to start a new life together. Parker provided me with education, income, and the consistency I needed to reach my personal goals. In 2020 I’m now Married, I have two children, I’m a homeowner, and a Team Lead at Parker and sons.

    I started working at Parker and Sons in February of 2008. When I started I had no HVAC experience. My first 2 years I started as a apprentice and in that time I not only learned how to install many different types of A/C equipment but also became Master Heat Pump certified as well as NATE certified. In March of 2010 I was promoted to Lead installer and for the next 6 years I trained apprentices to become leads while I was installing. In 2016 I was promoted to Team Lead and was overseeing at sometimes 14-18 crews. In 2020 I have been recently brought into the office to start training on ordering jobs and also other office details. Parker and Sons has given me lots of opportunity to advance through hard work as well as the ability to keep taking training classes as the industry keeps advancing. I believe without this great company and the people that work here I would not be where I am today.

    I have worked for Parker and Sons for almost 3 years and I can say this is the place I want to work until retirement. The Install Sales Department is where I work and this department has grown and developed so much in the time I have been here.
