My name is Bret Scott. I previously owned my own company which grew to over 100 employees. I was the President of AZWQA and am a current Board Member. Having over 30 years of leadership experience in the industry, I partnered with Parker & Sons's excellent management team over a decade ago. We have now grown into one of the most successful highest producing water teams in the United States.

Below Are Positions Within the Water Treatment Department We Are Looking to Fill:
Water Treatment Install Technician
We are looking for qualified candidates to install reverse osmosis and water softener systems, maintain good working order of company vehicle, parts, tools, and safety equipment, identify and proactively respond to potential opportunities for additional business, document installed equipment, generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site, electronically process credit card transaction, and participate in company-provided training opportunities.
Water Treatment Warranty-Service Technician
We are looking for qualified candidates who can maintain, diagnose, and repair residential water treatment systems and equipment, occasionally assist install technicians and/ or install systems, maintain good working order of company vehicle, maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment on the vehicle, identify and proactively respond to potential opportunities for additional business, document installed equipment, generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site, electronically process credit card transactions, and participate in company-provided training opportunities.
Water Treatment Admin-Sales Coordinator
Come join our Water Treatment department where you will assist customers by scheduling appointments and addressing their concerns. You will also provide administrative support by answering phones, dispatching, assisting with the retail program, and other duties.
