Job Description
Retail Sales/Appointment Setter-HVAC, Plumbing
Earn great money speaking to customers and generating appointments for their HVAC or Plumbing needs!
$12 - $14 per hour PLUS UNCAPPED commissions- top performers are making up to $50-60K annually

Schedule:
Full and Part time available- flexible schedules with no late-night shifts- must work weekends
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create excitement and urgency by promoting Parker and Sons HVAC estimates, Tune Up and/or Plumbing, insulation, or water services to Home Depot customers
- Set appointments and organize leads
- Maintain positive relationship with Home Depot leadership and staff
- Attend required monthly meetings and trainings
Job Requirements:
- Required to be standing/walking for 4-8 hours at a time
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
- A+ communication and customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a smart-phone and daily access to email and text
- Retail sales experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
